This quaint brand-new home built in 2022 is in the heart of Bends Southern Crossing district. You can walk or bike almost everywhere! This home was designed by award-winning local architect Muddy River Designs, with fabulous furnishings and modern amenities. This spacious four-bedroom, 2.5-bath sleeps up to 8 guests. Comfy beds with luxury linens and upscale decor make you feel at home. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances. There is a gas fireplace to cozy up to after a day of adventures. The outside space includes a saltwater 7-person hot tub and tables and chairs for socializing and dining.

The spacious one-bedroom guest home is across the courtyard breezeway from the main house for convenience while private. The guest home includes one bath and sleeps up to 3 guests. It consists of a fully stocked kitchen and living area as well.

A short stroll takes you to Old Mill shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and Hayden Amphitheater. With river trails and access points nearby, this location is perfect for an unforgettable Bend experience. Time to create some lasting memories!

Looking for some outdoor adventure? Mt Bachelor Ski Resort and the Cascade Lakes are just a short drive away and are perfect places to explore in any season. Biking trails in warmer seasons and skiing or snowboarding in the winter.

You will have full, private access to the entire home, guest house, driveway, deck, porch, and yard.
